I Couneilmm~be~.Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-06-099 RESOLU'IION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CEDAR HILl ADDITIO] I wH]~.R~AS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution//90-06-168 on J~ 1990 appro~ing a Four Phase Plan for Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods, chesmut Ill Chesmut P~ !ds;'_and I WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on July 10, 1990 and appro~ preliminary ~alatlof Cedar Hills Addition as per the City Engineer's review dated June 19 I and WI~ Ri~.AS, Trusek, inc. hereafter referred to as ,,Developer,, has properly aPi, I plat approve, of Phase II of Cedar Hills on the following described property located in thy Ramsey: Outl~ A, Cedar Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota 1 · AND ~REAS, the Ramsey City Council met on June 2, 1993 and approved plat for Cedar Hills 2nd Addition contingent upon the Developer providing street aeees: I eastern line of th~ Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CouNCIL OF THE ·I O OF RAMS'aY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ~e Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Phase II of Ced~ in ~aceOjd~ce with relevant City Codes. I 2) That-l~ark dedication shall consist of a cash contribution in accordance wi! Devel6pmCnt Agreement for Cedar Hills.
