I I I I I I I I I I None Board MeniberBawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: A RESOLUTION RESOLUTION #93-06-101 APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME W~EREAS, Gor-em, LLC, has properly applied for a variance to the garage side yard setback Onl~arcels located on property legally described as follows: AMBER RIDGE, Anoka County, Minnesota; ("Subj~t Property"). WH~gREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 7, 1993, conducted the public hearing and recomniended City Council approval of the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Bas~ on Findings of Fact ~0335, a variance to reduce the garage side yard setback to six (6) f~,et for those parcels located within the plat of Amber Ridge is hereby granted. The living quarters of the structures developed on the Subject Property shall continue to mah!tai~ a ten (10) foot side yard setback. '[ That!no building permits shall be issued for the smactures unless certificates of survey are provided that reflect that the six (6) and ten (10) foot side yard setbacks are complied with. Thatl Gar-em, LLC, shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance.
