Councilmen~r Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-06-103 RESOLUT~N DISALLOWING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-20 10 (BITUMIN~US~SURFACING OF BISON STREET N.W. FROM 171ST AVENUE N. W. NORTH TQ 173RD AVENUE N.W.) I WHE ~.[~AS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted the 12th day of January 1993, fixed a date for a Council hea~!ng on the proposed improvement of bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. from I 171st Avenu~ ~.W. North to 173rd Avenue N.W. (Improvement Project ~92-20); and Wltl~RE~I,.q, the required sixty (60) days has elapsed following the public hearing; and hearing Was given and the hearita8[ w~-rheld thereon on the 9th day of February, 1993,at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given aa oppommity to be heard thereon; and WItlgI~E,~t, the Ramsey City Council has received input from affected property owners, in opposition toffie IgO~ posed project. ·1 NOW a SO WD .Y TH . North to 173rd Avenue N.W.) is hereby disallowed as proposed in the Counoil~ res01ufion adopted the 12th day of January, 1993. I 2) That l~Po ~xl Improvement Project #92-20 may not be considered for a period of one year from the 9tll flay 0f February, 1993 as stated in Chapter 8 of the Ramsey City Charter.
