I Couneilmcraftier Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: I~ RES OLU'I~IO~N EXCAVAT~Nt, RESOLUTION g93-06-104 APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-17 I FOR BONINE I 1992; andW~'~AS' the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 26, WI-~!~RI~AS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bonine~ ExCavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g92-17. WHt~RI~AS, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., reeorn~nd~! partial payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $34,303.64. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSRY,~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That~e City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the constrjaetl~n of Improvement Project g92-17 in the amount of $34,303.64. 2. Th~t!a. e City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form ~r this partial payment. 3. That ~e total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolutions approving payn~nt of the bills for the month of lune, 1993. 4. That ~e City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
