J,.~ Coun~lme~r l-Iardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 093-06-107 <br />· <br />i RESOLUT!OI~ GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT HILL <br /> 4TH ADI)I~rlON <br />I wHlgRRAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developcr", has <br /> properly aPp~:l~or plat approval on the following described property, upon recording of the plat, <br /> located in fl~ city of Ramsey: <br />I That Paxt of the south 330 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 28, Township 32, <br /> Rang/~ 2~5~ Anoka County, Minnesota, lying East of a line described as beginning at <br />I a po~,t in, the South line of said Government Lot 3, distant 881.45 feet West of the <br /> Sou .th~as~ corner thereof and ending at a point in the North line of said South 330 <br /> feet dJsttmt 886.49 feet West of the East line of said Government Lot 3. <br />I Tog0~eriwith that part of the South 330 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br /> Nort~ ~astiQuarter of said Section 26, lying West of a line described as beginning at <br /> a po.~ in~e South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, distant <br />I East of the Southwest thereof and in the North <br /> 657.~i~ <br /> corner <br /> ending <br /> at <br /> a <br /> point <br /> line of smd South 330.00 feet distant 652.51 feet East of the West line of said <br /> $outh~est Quarter of the Northeast Quarter. <br />I AND ~WIIIgREAS, on January 3, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> approved the ~ket0h plan for Chestnut Hill; and <br />I~ WHE,REAS, on January 10, 1989 the Ramsey City Council ordered the preparation of <br /> an EAW for~vi~onmental Quality Board (EQB) approval relating to the proposed developments <br /> of Chestnut Rl. ll, Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills; and <br />I WHEREAS, on May 11, 1989 the City of Ramscy received a letter from the EQB <br /> acknowledgi,t~g reCeipt of a negative declaration and indicating that no EIS would be required for <br /> Chcsmut HIll., ~ Hills and Windemer¢ Woods; and <br />I WHEREAS, on July 13, 1989 the Metro Council authorized the expansion of the <br /> MUSA bound~ to include the area of the proposed Chesmut Hill; and <br />I WHEREAS, on July 10, 1989 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted <br /> a public he~g regarding Chesmut Hill and on July 18, 1989 recommended preliminary plat <br /> approval of Cliesuiut Hill; and <br />· WHEREAS, on August 22, 1989 the Ramsey City Council adopted Ordinance #89-19 <br /> which rezonedi tho proposed Chesmut Hill from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential; <br />Iand <br /> <br /> WHRRE&S, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989 <br /> and recommon~ <br /> ted~ccepmnce of the joint park plan for Cedar Hills, Chesmut Hill and Windemere <br />I Woods, included a combination of land and cash; and <br /> whic~ <br /> WHEI~EAS, .on April 3, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission declared <br /> the propose.d Sulidivlsion of Chestnut Hill consistent with the official zoning map and <br /> Comprehenslwi Plan for the City of Ramsey as part of the subdivider's request for Tax Increment <br />IO Financing; and <br /> <br /> <br />
