I NOW THEI VORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI OF .THE CITY OF RAMSig¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA as follows. 1) That ~ Mayor and City Administrator axe hereby authorized and directed to enter into a conlr~ with Annandale Contracting in the name of the City of Ramsey for Project ~93-10 (extetl$on~of sanitary sewer and water service, street and storm sewer improvements to River's!Bend 3rd Addition) in the amount of $136,023.76. I2) That th~ City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the doppsit~ made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the I next tO low~st bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
