AND WACO DRIVE N.W. FROM 179TH LANE N.W. TO THE NORTHI~I~N CITY BOUNDARY) VV!!~REAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on September 22, 1992, ~ CiD Engineer has prepared contract documents and specifications for the bituminous surfacing 6f!W ~g~o S~eet N.W. and Waco Drive N.W. from 179th Lane N.W. to the northern City bounda, ry It/~d lias presented such contract documents and specifications to the Council for approval. NOW THi~R_ ~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA1Vf~'~Y~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Th~ ~u¢~ contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and m~a pm't hereof, are hereby approved. 2) Tha~, ~e ~ty Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in ~ ~nstrucfion Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such imp~ve~nent under such approved contract documents and specifications. The adv~.s~,~'~n~ ent shall be published for 10 days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that;l~ids ~.will be received by the City Adminislrator until 2:00 p.m. on July 12, 1993 at whi~ th~r they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Cenl ~ b~ the City Engineer and Engineer Technician, will then be tabulated, and will be con~ ler'~ by the Ramsey City Council at 7:00 P.M. on July 13, 1993 in the CoUncil Ch0~ be~.~ Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during consideration of the bid will. ~ green an opportunity to address the Council on the issue of responsibility.
