Base it oa Findings of Fact g0338, a conditional us,e, permit for a h,o, me occupation is hereby <br /> grani~l ~ Peggy Fritch, hereinafter referred to as Permit Holder, at 15141 Oneida Street <br /> N.'~ fo~:a one-chair beauty salon operation. <br /> <br />2. ShOed the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the permit shall be automatically <br /> te~at~d, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br /> the sameia&lmss, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect shall <br /> be gi~enlo the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the <br /> permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />3. The~area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total <br /> floor bxea:of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />4. Ad ..~ate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of <br /> the P~rmit Holder. ~ <br /> <br />5. Adeq~mte off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />6. There shall no exterior or interior display of business signs. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation displayed. <br /> <br />8. There:shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br /> <br />9. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the private <br /> dwell~g On the Subject Property. <br />10.
