NO~ ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O1' IlA:MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. Base it oa Findings of Fact g0338, a conditional us,e, permit for a h,o, me occupation is hereby grani~l ~ Peggy Fritch, hereinafter referred to as Permit Holder, at 15141 Oneida Street N.'~ fo~:a one-chair beauty salon operation. 2. ShOed the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the permit shall be automatically te~at~d, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at the sameia&lmss, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be gi~enlo the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the permit without further hearing. 3. The~area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total floor bxea:of the private dwelling. 4. Ad ..~ate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the P~rmit Holder. ~ 5. Adeq~mte off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. 6. There shall no exterior or interior display of business signs. 7. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation displayed. 8. There:shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. 9. Employees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the private dwell~g On the Subject Property. 10.
