I I I I I I I 30. 31. ~Ci~ reserves the right to inspect the site for the purposes of examining and copying nolapriv~leged records; conducting inspections, surveys, investigations, monitoring or sampling; and obtaining necessary information pertaining to the construction, operation and en¥~onmental effect of the engine and transmission disassembly facility. During the first yeS, of Operations, City Staff shall conduct conditional use permit compliance inspections ona~mO~thly basis at no cost to the Permit Holder, except there will be a charge assessed for f011mv-up inspections required as a result of a recorded violation on the regular monthly inSpbcfi0n. Inspections shall be conducted during normal business hours except in the evei~t of....an emergency. City personnel 0r, agents performing the inspection will provide reasonable notice to the Permit Holder s personnel prior to the time of inspection. Foll~bwiag the fa'st year of operations, inpsecfions will be conducted and charged for in ac 'ad;;dagce with City Code and the terms of this permit. The Permit Holder shall be respgns~le for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use perr~'t except as otherwise noted. CoP~s of all documents, plans, reports, permits or licenses which are required to be supplied or issued by the MPCA or Anoka County shall also be supplied concurrently to the ~.~'ty at no cost to the City.
