<br />Councilmem .~ B~er introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
<br /> WHE/I~A~, in order to conduct the business affairs of the City, the Council authorizes two of its
<br />members, the '.C~r, k~strator and certain members of staff to sign financial documents on behalf of the City;
<br />and
<br />
<br /> WHE~A~, except for transfers within the City's accounts, this authorization provides for financial
<br />control by req~.tWo signatures on all such financial documents; and
<br /> WHER.~A~ due to the resignation of Sandra Ashley Helling, Finance Officer, the Council hereby
<br />cancels all pre~i~s ~gnature authorizations effective June 28, 1993; and
<br /> WHER~A~ effective June 28, 1993, the Council hereby authorizes Ryan Schroeder, Clerk-
<br />Administrator~ ~ ~l~/~ssie Hart, F~e Officer, or Mary Gomez, Senior Accountant, to sign checks and other
<br />withdrawal ~etits from the City s checking and money market accounts; and
<br />
<br /> WHEIiI~AS~ for the purpose of confmning the authenticity of the document already signed by one of
<br />thc individual~..f~.am .~1 above, and consistent with the City's financial policy which requires two signatures on all
<br />such financial ~'u~ents, the Council designates James R. Gilbertson, Mayor, or Kenneth R. Peterson, Acting
<br />Mayor, as cout~r~ -al]lnatures for all such financial documents; and
<br /> WHE~A~ fund transfers between the City's checking and money market accounts are generally
<br />verbal instmcflObs ~td Ryan Schroeder, City Administrator, or Jessie Hart, Finance Officer, or Mary Gomez,
<br />Senior Account. ~re ~thorized to make such wansacfions.

<br />NOW THEI~,IlFO~tE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, A~D~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />1) That the ] [amse~. y City Council hereby approves the City's authorized signatures for financial transactions
<br /> as Rya~. iScl~oeder, City Administrator; Jessie Hart, Finance Officer, and Mary Gomez, Senior
<br /> Account, at, ~gtd further designates James R. Gilbertson, Mayor, and Ken Peterson, Acting Mayor as the
<br /> required ~ ou~_~ r'signatures.
