I <br /> <br />'1e <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Board Member Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #93-06-129 <br /> A RE$OI~UTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> r DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Steven Pfeiffer has properly applied for a variance to construct an accessory <br />structure n0~er the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known <br />as 17758 T0~to Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> ri <br /> That ~part of Government Lot 1 and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br /> SectiOn !i, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> Coa~er!eing at a point on the east line of said Government Lot 1, said point being a <br /> dis ~t0gce Of 980.6 feet south of the intersection of the east line of the Northeast Quarter of <br /> the ~ort~?ast Quarter of said Section 1 and the centerline of County State Aid Highway <br /> Nor? as~ it is now laid out and travelled, thence north 85 degrees 00 minutes west a <br /> distallce ~f 800 feet, thence south 2 degrees 24 minutes east a distance of 335.85 feet to the <br /> poitlt~ of beginning of land to be described; then continue south 2 degrees 24 minutes east <br /> on th4 same described line a distance of 123.68 feet, thence south 79 degrees 36 minutes <br /> west ~. diatance of 358.50 feet, thence south 1 degree 07 minutes 58 seconds east a distance <br /> of 32115 ~eet, thence south 81 degrees 07 minutes 53 seconds west a distance of 293.36 <br /> feet~ hence north a distance of 366.96 feet on a line which if extended southerly would <br /> inters ect i~he south line of said Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter at right angles <br /> theretO, thence south 79 degrees 55 minutes 48 seconds east a distance of 583.83 feet, <br /> theri¢; north 89 degrees 13 minutes 51 seconds east a distance of 58.77 feet to the point of <br /> begin ting. For the purposes of this description, the east line of said government lot is <br /> asstm ed t° bear south (subject to restrictions, reservations or easements of record, if any). <br /> <br /> Wll, liPiREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 24, 1993, conducted the public <br />hearing and a ~to?ted findings of fact. <br /> <br /> NO~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMIlNT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESO~ :A,r as follows: <br /> <br />1. B ase6~ oniFindings of Fact g0341, a variance to construct a 30' x 48' accessory structure <br /> nearer~ thei front property line than the principal structure on the subject property is hereby <br /> granted. <br /> <br />2. The aacesSory garage constructed on the subject property shah not be located any closer <br /> than tWentY (20) feet to the nearest point on the front property line. <br /> <br />3. The-grot~rty owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br /> constr~ctibn of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />The a~cessory garage shall be constructed in accordance with Section 9.11.02 of the <br />Rams6~y City Code. <br /> <br />The ~essory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and no commercial <br />activ~ of~y type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br /> <br />
