I '1e I I I I '1 I I I I I I I I 10 I I Board Member Bawden introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-06-129 A RE$OI~UTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND r DECLARING TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Steven Pfeiffer has properly applied for a variance to construct an accessory structure n0~er the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 17758 T0~to Street N.W. and legally described as follows: ri That ~part of Government Lot 1 and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of SectiOn !i, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Coa~er!eing at a point on the east line of said Government Lot 1, said point being a dis ~t0gce Of 980.6 feet south of the intersection of the east line of the Northeast Quarter of the ~ort~?ast Quarter of said Section 1 and the centerline of County State Aid Highway Nor? as~ it is now laid out and travelled, thence north 85 degrees 00 minutes west a distallce ~f 800 feet, thence south 2 degrees 24 minutes east a distance of 335.85 feet to the poitlt~ of beginning of land to be described; then continue south 2 degrees 24 minutes east on th4 same described line a distance of 123.68 feet, thence south 79 degrees 36 minutes west ~. diatance of 358.50 feet, thence south 1 degree 07 minutes 58 seconds east a distance of 32115 ~eet, thence south 81 degrees 07 minutes 53 seconds west a distance of 293.36 feet~ hence north a distance of 366.96 feet on a line which if extended southerly would inters ect i~he south line of said Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter at right angles theretO, thence south 79 degrees 55 minutes 48 seconds east a distance of 583.83 feet, theri¢; north 89 degrees 13 minutes 51 seconds east a distance of 58.77 feet to the point of begin ting. Wll, liPiREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 24, 1993, conducted the public hearing and a ~to?ted findings of fact. NO~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMIlNT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESO~ :A,r as follows: 1. B ase6~ oniFindings of Fact g0341, a variance to construct a 30' x 48' accessory structure nearer~ thei front property line than the principal structure on the subject property is hereby granted. 2. The aacesSory garage constructed on the subject property shah not be located any closer than tWentY (20) feet to the nearest point on the front property line. 3. The-grot~rty owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any constr~ctibn of the accessory structure. The a~cessory garage shall be constructed in accordance with Section 9.11.02 of the Rams6~y City Code. The ~essory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and no commercial activ~ of~y type shall be permitted in said structure.
