Councilm,eml:~r Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-07-143 RESOL~JTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO. 5 TO BONINE EXCA¥~T~G, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-17 W}I ~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 2{J, 1992; and W'ttF_,REAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding Ithe bid to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project g92-17; and W~I~REAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski recommends partial payment to Bonine E~caVming, Inc. in the amount of $64,012.49. NOW T~EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:' 1) 2) 3) 4) Tllat the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment No. 5 to Bonine E~cavating, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project//92-17 in the amount °ff$64,012.49. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of July 1993. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this re~olufion.
