I I I I I I I i I i Councilmemb~r Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-07-144 RESOLUTiON:i:APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO ASTECH, CORPORATION FOR IMPI~VgMrENT PROJECTS #93-01 THROUGH g93-07 (CRACK FILLING) WHEi~EAs, the City Council of the City of Rarnsey approved this project on May 11, 1993; and WHE~E~S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to ASTECH, iI~orP'_O_" ration, for the crack f'flling portion of Improvement Projects g93-01 through g93- 07; and WHErEAs, City Engineer Steve Jankowski recommends final payment to ASTECH, Corporation in[ th~ amount of $23,485.00. NOW THEIiEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI~'.~, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That fl~ City Council hereby authorizes final payment to ASTECH, Corporation for the crack filling.?orfion of Improvement Projects g93-01 through g93-07 in the amount of $23,485.00. 2) That ~ City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form f6r this final payment. 3) That ~ total amount of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bilis~for~I the month of July 1993. 4) That tl~ C'~ay of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
