Councilmeral~er P~eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #93-07-146 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIDN~ RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY ON IblPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-12 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING <br />IMPROVI~E~T OF 177TH AVENUE N.W. FROM ST. FRANCIS BLVD. N.W. <br />TO ITS EASTERN TERMINUS) <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />improvementiof §ituminous surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis Blvd. N.W. to its <br />eastern termln~, s ('amprovement Project g93-12); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful si .gt~ tur~s of affected property owners; and <br /> WH~EAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the <br />City Charter'[ ,agd l~vlinnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br />NOW THgI~EEORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMS ~l~, !ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That: ~ certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of <br /> bituminot~s surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis Blvd. N.W. to its eastern <br /> termi~ ;s ~provement Project g93-12) has been filed with the City Council on July 27, <br /> 1993! i h{petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected <br /> prom ? 6~vners.
