Councilmeral~er P~eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-07-146 RESOLUTIDN~ RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON IblPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-12 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING IMPROVI~E~T OF 177TH AVENUE N.W. FROM ST. FRANCIS BLVD. N.W. TO ITS EASTERN TERMINUS) WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the improvementiof §ituminous surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis Blvd. N.W. to its eastern termln~, s ('amprovement Project g93-12); and WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of lawful si .gt~ tur~s of affected property owners; and WH~EAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the City Charter'[ ,agd l~vlinnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. NOW THgI~EEORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS ~l~, !ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That: ~ certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of bituminot~s surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis Blvd. N.W. to its eastern termi~ ;s ~provement Project g93-12) has been filed with the City Council on July 27, 1993! i h{petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected prom ? 6~vners.
