I I I ,I Councilmem~r Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for it adoption: RESOLUTION g93-07-149 [, RESOLUIioN GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SHARON LEE ADDITIONi WHEREAS, Sharon Wagner, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat appr0~tal on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lot 1,iBlock 6, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota ANB ~/VItEREAS, on June 22, 1993, the City received application and sketch plan from Sharon Wagner for Sharon Lee Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on July 6, 1993, and approved the ~ket~h plan of Sharon Lee Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; anti wHEREAs, the park dedication shall be satisfied with cash contribution for the new lot created. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSIilY, !ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sharon Lee Addition in accordan~ with relevant City Codes.
