! <br />! <br />ie <br /> <br />Councilmeml~r l~eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for it adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION g93-07-150 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION i GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT WOODS <br /> WH~E~S, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has <br />properly apl)Bed!for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lot 4,1Bl°ek 2, Chestnut Hill, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ANI) ~/I!EREAS, on June 7, 1993, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />Good Value!I~IOl~S, Inc. for Chestnut Woods; and <br /> WH.~AS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on July 6, 1993, and <br />approved th~ i~_ketbh plan of Chestnut Woods and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat <br />stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the park dedication shall be satisfied with a cash payment for the new lot <br />created. <br /> <br />NOW THI~R~E~ORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSAY, !ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
