Councilmem[ er Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-08-158 RESOLUTION CHANGING THE ADDRESSES WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY':~O ~EFLECT THE CORRECT SEQUENCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CO.UNTY-WIDE ADDRESS GRID SYSTEM AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION #93-07-134. WHEREAS, the City Council has been informed of certain addresses in the City of Ramsey that ~o nOt follow the county-wide address grid system; and W~RE'AS, these addresses may cause unnecessary delays in the arrival of emergency vehicles; and ! WHERI~As, the following addresses are deemed to be incorrectly assigned and need to be changed ~ provide for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City of Ramsey; and WHt~R~;AS, notice has been provided to the affected parties; such having not occurred prior to the ~i[ty Council passing Resolution g93-07-134 adopted July 13, 1993. I 3) That ~ityStaff contact the property owners and the affected government organizations and compgni~ providing service to these addresses. 4) That ~esolution #93-07-134 is hereby rescinded.
