I Coun¢ilmember ~rnn~rman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-08-165 PLAT APPROVAL RESOLUT~O~ GRANTING FINAL 3RD ADDITION OF WOOD POND HILLS I WI-~REAS, David Segal, President of BLH Development and Wood Pond Hills Properties, I~c., hereafter referred to as 'T)eveloper", has properly applied for final plat approval on the follow!n~ g described property located in the City of Ramsey: I Outlois Fand G, Wood Pond Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota ANDiWHEREAS, on March 6, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission · approved the Iske{ch plan for Wood Pond Hills; and I WI-I~REAS, on November 5, 1991 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a ipulJli¢ hearing regarding Wood Pond Hills and recommended preliminary plat approval of same; and I WI~REAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on November 14, 1991 and recom~nd~l acceptance of land for the trail corridor and cash to satisfy park dedication requirements for the plat; and I Wlt~ EAS, the Ramsey City Council met on December 17, 1991 and approved the preliminary p!at for Wood Pond Hills; and I O WHI~REAS, the Ramsey City Council met on March 24, 1992, and approved the final plat of Wood ~Pond Hills; and I Wl-~ E~kS, the Ramsey City Council met on September 8, 1992 and approved the final plat of Woofl ~ond Hills 2nd Addition. NOW THEREFORE,~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY I OF RAMSAY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That~*e ~ty Council hereby grants final plat approval of Wood Pond Hills 3rd Addition in I acco~ee with relevant City Codes.
