't fbr the year ended December 31, 1993; and wHRRgAS, at the Council Finance Committee meeting on August 24, 1993, staff reeommen ~d~. th~~ fmn of Malloy, Kamowski, Radosevieh & Company, P.A., be retained for the year ended .He. ¢ ~e~ber 31, 1993 financial audit at a not-to-exceed cost of $14,580 for the City of Ramsey amd~$1,~0 for the Ramsey Fire Relief Association; and WHi~REAS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby recommend~the~Ramsey City Council retain the services of Malloy, Karnowski, Radosevich & Company, P.A., for the year ended December 31, 1993. NOW THI~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM$1~Y,,~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ~he Ramsey City Council hereby appoints the firm of Malloy, Karnowski, Radosevich & Comply, P.A., as the City's auditing firm for the year ended December 31, 1993.
