That ~e variance requested is the minimum variance which would alleviate the hardship. <br /> <br />13. That ~uch variance is necessary for the preservation of a substantial property right similar to <br /> that ppssCssed by other properties in the R- 1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />14. That ff granted, the variance will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is denied <br /> to otl~r owners of lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />15. That ~if granted, the variance will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br /> Ran~ y Zoning Chapter or other property in the R- 1 Rural Residential District. <br /> <br />16. That i~ gnmte~, the variance will not substantially increase the congestion of public streets, <br /> or i~rea~e the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or substantially impair <br /> prol~i'ty Values within the neighborhoocL <br />17.
