The residential structure and any accessory buildings constructed shall adhere t0rural residential setback requirements, measured from the west line of Osmium Stree[ N.W. right-of-way as if Osmium Street N.W. were extended straight north into the Subj~t ~openy. The property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance.
