BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey~ Board of Adjustment conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, February 1, 1994 at <br />the Ramsey ~Mu~.~icipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Chairperson Terry Hendriksen <br />~ Board Member David Bawden <br />, Board Member Benjamin Deemer <br /> Board Member Patti Holland <br /> Board Member Charles LaDue <br /> Board Member Michael Terry <br /> Board Member Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Chairperson Hendriksen called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting to order at 7:16 p.m. <br />CITIZEN iNPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by B ,~ard~ Member Thorud and seconded by Board Member Holland to approve the agenda <br />with the foll0~ving amendment: .. <br />1) Add C, aseg2: Appoint Chair and Vice-Chair for 1994. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hendriksen, Board Members Thorud, Holland, <br />Bawden, Dee~, LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: None. <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case gl: i Review Variance Issued James MeChesney <br /> <br />Zoning Adn~iniatrator Frolik explained that the Board of Adjustment granted Mr. James <br />McChesney a~ variance in September to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property <br />line than the l~ringi~ 'pal structure at 15429 Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. During the discussion of <br />the variance ~t w~as 1earned there was a dispute as to the location of the common property line <br />between Mr: McChesney and his neighbor to the south, and consequently, the Board also granted <br /> <br />a 5 foot varia <br />that upon hal <br />structure will <br />property line <br />consequently <br />neighbor, Mr <br />does not feel <br />green siding ~ <br /> <br />nce~to the 10 foot side yard setback on the south property line.
