I Councilmeml~ Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: r ~ RESOLUTION #93-09-175 RESOLU~ONir, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO BONINE EXCAVATING, INC. FOR,rlMPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-17. WIlE E $, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 26, 1992; and WI-I~I~E~S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Bonine Ex~hvaltng, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project ~:)2-17; and WItERE&S, Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommend~l~fin~l payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $25,333.75. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS~, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That i~e (~ity Council hereby authorizes final payment to Bonine Excavating, Inc. for the constraction of Improvement Project g92-17 in the amount of $25,333.75. [. 2) That ~e City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form f~r tliis final payment. 3) That ~ total amount of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bill~ for',the month of September 1993. 4) That th~ city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
