I Councilmeml er P~eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-09-176 I~ RESOLU~IDI~, ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SP]~,C]~FICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-11 I (BITUMiI~}U$ SURFACING FOR HEDGEHOG STREET N.W. BETWEEN 151ST LAI~[E N.W. AND 153RD AVENUE N.W.) I WLtlt. REAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the June 22, 1993, fixed a date for a Council h¢l xini~ on the proposed improvement bituminous surfacing for Hedgehog Street N.W. between 15i it lane N.W. and 153rd Avenue N.W. and 152nd Avenue N.W. from Hedgehog Street N.W. e[ast W it's terminus (Project g03-11); and I WHI~REAs, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and I WI-Ii~RE~AS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and th~ h?U'ing was held thereon on the July 13, 1993 at which time all persons desiring to I be heard w~ given an °pp°rtunity t° be heard thereon' NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM~II~Y, [ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1 · 1) Such ~nProvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted June 22, I 2) StevetJankowski, City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
