APPLICATION FOR PREMISE PERMIT~ tFOR CHARITABLE GAMBLING (RAFFLE) AT RAMSEY ELEMEN'~R~ SCHOOL WII~R~AS, the Ramsey P.T.A. has applied for a premise permit for gambling at Ramsey ele ~l~ n~ School, 15000 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey P.T.A. would be considered to operate within the trade area per the City's ~arflbling Ordinance; and WItEREAs, the application is to conduct a raffle; and WI-II~EA$, the permit is temporary and the raffle drawing is scheduled for Saturday, November 13i 1993; and WItE~E~S, the Gambling Control Board Division of the Department of Gaming or denying application. requires the C~ty ~f Ramsey adopt a resolution specifically approving the NOW THE~_E~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE~g, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ~e ~sey City Council hereby approves the temporary premises permit application reques~ fo~the Ramsey P.T.A. to conduct a raffle at the Ramsey Elementary School, 15000 Nowt~ n Boulevard N.W., Ramsey. 2) That i~e ~amsey City Council hereby authorizes the City Administrator to sign the appli~atiort'and any other documents required by the Minnesota Gambling Control Board.
