NOW 'I~.[EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYO!* IRAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:' 1) Th~tt the attached Schedule of Rates and Charges is hereby adopted effective J~uar~ 1, 1994.
