AND WACO DRIVE N.W. FROM 179TH LA~E N.W. TO THE NORTHERN CITY BOUNDARY) WHli~tE~S, by a resolution passed by the City Council on September 14, 1993, the I City Admi_ ~nj~. at~ was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the improvement of bituminoU~ sugfacing of Waco Street N.W. and Waco Drive N.W. from 179th Lane N.W. to the northern': .~ity ~oUndary (Project #92-14); and I WHi~As, the City Administrator has notified the City Council that such proposed assessment ~ b6en completed and filed in his office for public inspection. I NOW Tlll~,~ElgORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM ~S~i~Y, !ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I ~, Thati~ public hearing shah be held on October 12, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Munt~p~ Center, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all perSOns o_P~ning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be I heard Witli reference to such assessment. 2) That.~e ~ty Administrator is hereby directed to cause a notice of the public hearing on the 10 proPOSed ~ssessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior;t~ tl~ hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall! ~ilso~cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the asseSstnen~ roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings. I 3) That t~e OWner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the asse~'g~e~ by the County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment of such property, with I intemSac~ ed to the date of payment to the City, except that no interest shall be charged if the ell~ire.assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of the assessment. The owne~.n~[ at any time, thereafter, pay to the City the entire amount of the assessment remai~ingiunpaid, with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which such payment is~. ~uch payment must be made before November 15 or interest will be charged through.
