I I I 10 Councilmemb~__ ~terson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #93-09-202 #924~ (~.XrEI~SION OV SANITARY SEWER ANn WATER AND STREET IMrROWi~ iE~S TO RAMSEY MEADOWS ADDITION) WHlgi~tE~S, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the extension oftt ~tit~d sewer and water and street improvements to Ramsey Meadows Addition and the expenseS!ihcu~[d or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $91,802 so that the total :i: ~st i~f the improvement will be $91,802. NOW THI~iEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE~r, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That :~te gortion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is here~} deO)ared to be $24,209 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited prop{ y o~ hers is declared to be $67,593. 2) That ~e principal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of fiVe~ye~s; the first of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1993 and shall ~ar ~terest at the rate of 8.00 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the assess~em resolution. 3) That i~e ~ity Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify ~e Ramsey City Council thereof.
