WHirl ~S, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the improvement i if bi.~minous surfacing of the service road adjacent to Tom Thumb Market at 14911 Ramsey BIv~i. I~,~W. and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvemen~ )racgunt to $8,746.48 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $8,746.48. NOW THI~I~ EF,~DRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS~ i~, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the g~rtion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is herel~ declared to be $0 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited propg ~ owners is declared to be $8,746.48. 2) That ~ e p~ncipal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of te~ ~?ea~; the first of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1993 and shall bl ~ar ~nterest at the rate of 8.00 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessineni resolution. 3) That ~t~e ~ity Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify [heRamsey City Council thereof.
