NOW TH~E~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C~Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS~Y, YANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I) Tha~ ~e ~o~ion of the cost of such improvement to be p~d by the City of Ramsey is hereb~ d~l~ to be $22,715 and ~e poffion of ~e cost to be assess~ ag~nst benefited pr~ 6Wners is decl~ to be $22,716. 2) Th~r~e ~ndp~ of the assessments sh~l be ~ ~nu~ insm~ents exten~ng over a ped~ of ~e ~s; the f~st of the ins~lments to be payable on or before December 31, 1993 ~d ~ ~ ~re~t at ~e ra~ of 8.~ ~rcent per ~num ~om ~e ~te of ~e adoption of the ~8es~ent resolu~on. 3) Thatj ~e City Adminis~ator shall, upon ~e completion of such proposed assessment, not~[the[Rmey City Council ther~f.
