TI-I~2 NOW ~EI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM~ !Y,~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Thati ?portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereb'~ d~lared to be $4,881 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited prope! ty gwners is declared to be $581. 2) Thati~e p3'incipal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of ~ e y~ars; the fa'st of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1993 and ~1i all ~ear interest at the rate of 8.00 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the a~ es~ent resolution. 3) Thati he ~ity Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notit~. ~e~amsey City Council thereof.
