WHEREAS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the improveme/lt[se~coafing and crackfilling of Oakridge Estates Addition and the expenses incurred or to be inc~ .m the making of such improvement amount to $21,273 so that the total cost of the improvement!will be $21,273. NOW THE*E~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM ~S~Y,~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That Me l~ortion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereb~ d~lared to be $10,636 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited prope,lxy 6wners is declared to be $10,637. 2) ThatCthe pt.'i, 'ncipai of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of tl~.~e ¥~ars; the first of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1993 and ~lfi~ bear interest at the rate of 8.00 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the as~essflaent resolution. 3) That lhe City Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notifylthe?Ramsey City Council thereof.
