I I I i Councilmem! ,er ~l~eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g93-09-211 RESOLUT:OI~[ DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING I'aEPAR~ IOi~ OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-04 (S~ssL~OATING AND CRACK FILLING IMPROVEMENT TO HIGH WI-I~, R~S, a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the improvemefit sea, coating and crackf'dling of High Point Addition and the expenses incurred or to be incurred!~il t th~.' making of such improvement amount to $14,559 so that the total cost of the improvemefit will be $14,559. NOW TH~] LE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSl Y,?ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That~ ~e ~ortion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is hereb'' ~ d~lared to be $7,279 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited prol~: ky ~wners is declared to be $7,280. 2) Thatit le l~ncipal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of th~ e y~ars; the first of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1993 and $~ all [~ear interest at the rate of 8.00 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the aS~es ~maent resolution. 3) Thati ~e City Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify theRamsey City Council thereof.
