Councilmem~er ~eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: L i' ' RESOLUTION #93-09-212 cos ,ss ss I, PREPAR IO OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ·· #93-05 (~E~COATING AND CRACK FILLING IMPROVEMENT TO GORHAM?~ S~NDY ACRES ADDITION AND UNPLATTED SECTION 24) WHI~F~S, a contract has been let and costs have be~n determined with reference to the improvemen/; se~lcoating and crackfilling of Gorham's Sandy Acres Addition and Unplatted Section 24 ~ ~. expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $15,101 ~that~ the total cost of the improvement will be $15,101. NOW TItEREI~',ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM~EY, iANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I 1) That ~he ortion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is . P herebY' d~lared to be $7,550 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited I propeity 6wners is declared to be $7,551. . 2) Thalithe la'incipal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of thee y~ars; the first of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1993 I and ~ §ear interest at the rote of 8.00 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the a~!esSI~ent resolution. I 3) That be City Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify!theRamsey City Council thereof.
