I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmem~er ~eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: i '/ RESOLUTION #93-09-214 RESOLUT~O~ DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPAR~.I~ OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-07 (S,I~A~OATING AND CRACKFILLING IMPROVEMENT TO 157TH AVENUE ~N.W;. IN SECTION 21) WHI~_ S, a contract has been let and costs have been deterrmned with reference to the improveme~s.e~l,..coating and crackfilling of 157th Avenue N.W. in Section 21 and the expenses incurred or ~i~ bNincurred in the making of such improvement amount to $3,881 so that the total cost of the i~o~'ement will be $3,881. NOW THI[REffORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS.~Y,~iANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Thag. ~e Portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ramsey is bereb~ d~lared to be $1,940 and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited prope,i'ty Owners is declared to be $1,941. 2) That~e p~ncipal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of th~.'e ~rgars; the fa'st of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1993 and ~l~all- ..~ear interest at the rate of 8.00 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the asSesSment resolution. 3) Tha~. the ~ity Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify[thei,Ramsey City Council thereof.
