I I I I I I I I I$ I I I I I I I Councilmeml~r p6terson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: i~ ~+ RESOLUTION ~)3-09-220 RESOLUTION :GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CEDAR HILLS 3RD ADDITION ~ WHI~I~EAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #90-06-168 on June 12, 1990 approving a F@ur Phase Plan for Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods, Chestnut Hill and Chestnut Pond; and ' : WHI~IlEAS, the Ramsey City Council met on July 10, 1990 and approved the preliminary plat of Ceclar, I~ill~!Addifion as per the City Engineer's review dated June 19, 1990; and WI-IleitiS, Tmsek, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval of Ph. as~: III of Cedar Hills on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot g,,~ Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota, excepting that part laying within Cedar Hills 2nd A .dcliti~n according to the plat thereof on file in the office of the County Recorder, Anoka Count, Minnesota NOW THER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, i~NO..KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ~ Rgrnsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Phase 11I of Cedar Hills in accord~nc~with relevant City Codes. 2) That park dedication shall consist of a cash contribution in accordance with the Development ^g en.o Cedar Hm . ;I The motion for,. th~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon vo~ ;bei~ taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: [ Mayor ~il~rtson Coune'~dmember Peterson Coun~ _l!metnber Beyer CoUn~i~r Hardin Cou .neameea~er Zimmerman · I and the foiloW~,~ g ~oted against the same: and the following Were absent: None . and the following ~bstained: Non~ whereupon s~l r .e$olution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ATTEST: City ~dmini~ htor~ "
