N.W.) <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City <br />Council has ?~.t a0d heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the water <br />connection, !h~e~ raj and u'unk benefit for Anna Boe Property at 14720 Nowtben Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Mayor Gil~nson <br />Count: [m ber Peterson <br />Coune, lrr~ber Beyer <br />Coune: [member Hardin <br />Coun641me~ber Zimmerman <br /> <br /> NOW THE!~ ~EFO_ RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF RAMSE~Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That ~e l~oposed assessment: <br /> 25-32-2~-23,0(0)4 Anna Boe 14720 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. $7,636 <br /> is here~y aCcepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named above, <br /> and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the improvement <br /> in the firno~mt of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br />2) That such ~sessment shall be payable in annual installments extending over a period of ten <br /> yearsr, the f'n'st of the installments to be payable with the £n'st tax rolls of 1994 and shall <br /> bear ii lterest at the rate of 8.0 percent annum from the date of the adoption of this <br /> assess:~nen~t resolution. To the £n'st installment shall be added interest on the entire <br /> assess~ ~en~ from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1994. To each subsequent <br /> instalh hen~, when due, shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. <br /> <br />3) That fl .e OWner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br /> assess', nent to the Anoka County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such <br /> propea ~y, With interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Finance Department, <br /> except tha~:no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from <br /> the ad, Iptign of this resolution. The owner may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City <br /> Finan¢ Erppartment the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest <br /> accrue toiDecember 31 of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must <br /> be nm ~ before November 12, or interest will be charged through December 31 of the <br /> succec.ling year. <br /> <br />4) That a ~:erfified duplicate of this assessment be transmitted to the Anoka County Auditor's <br /> Office Io ~ extended on the property tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be <br /> colleCt ~ Md paid in the same manner as other municipal taxes. <br /> <br />The motion o the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upc vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
