NORMAN PRATT 14593 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City <br /> Council has ~gt ag..d heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the septic <br /> system repair for Norman Pratt property at 14593 Bowers Drive. <br /> <br />NOW THER. EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSF_~Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That t~e proposed assessment: <br /> <br /> 30-32-2~-14-0(X)9 Norman Pratt 14593 Bowers Drive $5,473 <br /> is here~y accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named above, <br /> and oa~h ffaet of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the improvement <br /> in the {unoimt of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br />2) That $~ch assessment shall be payable in annual installments extending over a period of ten <br /> years~lh¢ first of the installments to be payable with the first tax rolls of 1994 and shall <br /> bear i~tercst at the rate of 8.0 percent annum from the date of the adoption of this <br /> assess~nem resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire <br /> asses,~nenI from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1994. To each subsequent <br /> install~aent~ When due, shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. <br /> <br />3) That fl~e owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br /> assess~nen~ to the Anoka County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such <br /> prop y, With interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Finance Department, <br /> except[tha.{ no interest shall be charged if the entu:e assessment is paid within 30 days from <br /> the/d~ptlbn of this resolution. The owner may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City <br /> Financ~ D~partment the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest <br /> accrue4~l toiDecember year such payment is made.
