I <br /> <br />Councilmem~[er l}eterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #93-10-229 <br /> <br />RESOLUT,~ DN~ ADOPTING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92- <br />13 (EXTEI~ ~ION OF SANITARY SEWER ALONG CSAH #5 TO SERVICE PIN <br />25-32-25-:~, -0~05 AND 25-32-25-23-0006) <br /> WH~ RE~S, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City <br />Council ha~i aet~nd heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the <br /> of I~ani ~u3~ sewer along to PIN 25-32-25-23-0005 and 25-32-25-23- <br />extension <br /> CSAH <br /> #5 <br /> service <br />0006. t ~ <br />NOW TH~E~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CItY <br />OF RAMSI~, !4~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the proposed assessment: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />Il <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />25-32~2 <br />25-32~2 <br /> <br />is here <br />and ~a <br />in the <br /> <br />5-23~305 Ben Deemer 14501 Sunfmh Lake Blvd N.W. $13,849.00 <br />i-23i~Xg)6 Gerald Root 16208 Coquina Street N.W. $24,612.00 <br /> <br />~y accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named above, <br />~h ti?act of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the improvement <br />tmoimt of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br />2) That It~ .ch 0ssessment shall be payable in annual installments extending over a period of ten <br /> years~ he first of the installments to be payable with the first tax rolls of 1994 and shall <br /> bear '!~ tter~st at the rate of 8.0 percent annum from the date of the adoption of this <br /> asses.~ ae~ resolution. To the first installment shah be added interest on the entire <br /> assessi aen~ from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1994. To each subsequent <br /> instalh aen~, when due, shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. <br /> <br />3) That ~e owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br /> asses$~en~t to the Anoka County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such <br /> prop~ y, ~ith interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Finance Department, <br /> except tire, no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from <br /> the a& ~ti~n of this resolution. The owner may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City <br /> Finane D#partment the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest <br /> accrue~ toDecember 31 of the year in which such payment is made.
