H ~VENUE N.W. FOR A DISTANCE OF 360 FEET) <br /> WHE~. lEAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City <br />Council has .~et ~tnd heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the <br />Bituminous pSviffg of a frontage street for ramsey blvd from 149th avenue n.w. for a distance of <br />360 feet. <br />NOW TItl~.,t~E[~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE~, ~.NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That ~e proposed assessment: <br /> 25-32-2~, -33 ~-~017 J&R Pizza/Dominos 803B 15500 WayT~m Blvd $4,373.00 <br /> [ ~ Wayzata, MN 55331 <br /> 25-32-21[-3340016 Tom Thumb/ 110 - 17th Street East $4.373.00 <br /> Polka Dot Dairy Hastings, MN 55033 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />andiS he~'ei~ I[ a~Cepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the land named above, <br /> . ~act of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the improvement <br />in the.~ moOnt of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br />That si ch ~sessment shall be payable in annual installments extending over a period of ten <br />yearsi he first of the installments to be payable with the first tax rolls of 1994 and shall <br />bear a ter~st at the rate of 8.0 percent annum from the date of the adoption of this <br />asses~l aen! resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire <br />asses~l aen~ from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1994. To each subsequent <br />installi ~en~ when due, shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. <br /> <br />That fle owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br />assess~ ae~ to the Anoka County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such <br />prop~ y,,~ith interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Finance Department, <br />except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from <br />the ad~ >fi~n of this resolution. The owner may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City <br />Finaae D{partment the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest <br />accrue to"~ecember 31 of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must <br />be ma e b~fore November 12, or interest will be charged through December 31 of the <br />succe~ tin~iyear. <br /> <br />That a ~erlffied duplicate of this assessment be transmitted to the Anoka County Auditor's <br />Office ~o I~ extended on the property tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be <br />colleet~ aad paid in the same manner as other municipal taxes. <br /> <br /> <br />
