AND SEALCOATING IMPROVEMENT OF 156TH <br />AVENUE 5 ,CTION <br /> <br /> WHI~ [~E~S, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City <br /> Council ha~l aet r~d heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for thc <br /> following cr~ k ftlling and sealcoating improvement: <br /> <br /> a) 156th Avenue in Section 21 <br /> <br /> NOW TH~EI~tORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF RAMSAY, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That ~ ~ch Proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, <br /> is hR by ~ccepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named <br /> ther~t~ i, a0d each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the <br /> impro~ iern~nt in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br />2) That.'s tch iassessment shall be payable in annual installments extending over a period of <br /> three'~' ea~, the first of the installments to be payable with the first tax rolls of 1994 and <br /> shalllrli :at,interest at the rate of 8.0 percent annum from the date of the adoption of this <br /> assegS~e~ resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire <br /> asses~nent, from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1994. To each subsequent <br /> install~nt, when due, shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments. <br /> <br />3) That .~e .o~p. net of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the <br /> assess(ne~ to the Anoka County Auditor, pay the whole of the assessment on such <br /> prop ~_y, with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Finance Department, <br /> cxcep~t~ha~no interest shall be charged if thc entire assessment is paid within ~0 days from <br /> the M~pti0n of this resolution. The owner may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City <br /> Fina~ l~.'.partment the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest <br /> accrue! to~ecember 31 of the year in which such payment is made.
