LA~E DRIVE (A.K.A. SUNWOOD DRIVE N.W.) BETWEEN /TS EXISTING !T~RMINUS IN WOOD POND HILLS TO COUNTY ROAD #57 (g94- 01) , ,~ ~A$, The City Council has directed staff to continue with the preparation of plans and specific~ ~ on~ for the above referenced work; and WI-I~R~S, the City has received proposals for the engineering work from the following f'u~3s: ~ Hak~son Anderson Total not-to-exceed $38,025 ~]~I trooLKI Total not-to-exceed $48,100 Total not-to-exceed $78,840 s Total not-to-exceed $83,700 ANDf W~HEREAS, i~c.;~ ~d the least costly bid was received from Hakanson Anderson Associates, WHi~RF~_; S, Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is familiar with the existing developmen~ anct, landowners in this area; and , WHEREAs, the majority of the costs associated with the engineering work are eligible for reimburse:~nen~ with MSA Funds.
