Councilmeml WORKSTA er !iardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ION FOR rION RESOLUTION #93-09-247 AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE COMPUTER wH' ~R~AS, at the Council's Finance Committee meeting of Octobet 12, 1993, staff presented quit for the purchase of one IBM compatible computer workstation to replace an a IBM AT PCt')at [las been taken out of service due to irreparable damage; and WIlE REAS, this workstation must be replaced due the necessity for a constant direct link to the State Of :Mi0nesota; and WH~ERgAS, 75% of the funding, of approximately $1,600, for this replacement is available in th e E~!uipment Revolving Fund; and WIlE REAS, the remaining 25% of the funding is available in the General Fund; and WH~ R~AS, the Finance Committee approved this recommendation and hereby recommend~ ~ aat'~he Ramsey City Council authorize the purchase and funding sources as detailed within this r~.~ :dufion. · NOW THI~EI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS~, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I O 1)work~'That'it atio~te RamseYfor a totalCitYnotC°uncilto exceedherebYs 1,600.auth°rizes the capital purchase of one computer i 2) That,fl te R~msey City City Council hereby authorizes the transfer of funds from the City's Equil~l ae~ Revolving Fund to the General Fund as detailed in this resolution.
