Miller, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly <br /> I applied for a~o~d of Adjustment variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to <br /> construct an! ~c~sory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the <br /> property gert ~e~ known as 14810 Bowers Drive N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> I Lot 4,~o~vers Mississippi Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> NO~ ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> I ADJUST~N~! OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br /> MINNESOTA, ~.as follows: <br />i 1. That.~e ~pplicant appeared before the Board of Adjustment for a public hearing pursuant <br /> to Seg~.'o~',9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code on October 21, 1993, and that said public <br /> hear~ w~)~s properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby <br />! inco~at~ as a part of these findings by reference. <br /> 2. Thati~e s~bject property is zoned R-1 Rural Residential and is approximately 1 acre in <br />lO size.: ~ ~ <br /> 3. That ~e s~bject property is surrounded by R-1 Rural Residential zoning. <br /> I 4. That :;~ect~n 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code does not permit the construction of <br /> acceS~ry i,,tmcmres nearer thc front property linc than the principal structure. <br />I 5. That L-~haL:~n'~ 9.21 of the Ramsey City Code establishes a structure setback of 200 feet from <br /> the Miisis~ippi River. <br /> 6. That ~t~e ~eipal structure on the property is located approximately 248 feet from the front <br />I pm~ liie and 135 feet from the Mississippi River. <br /> 7. That ~ A~plicant is proposing to construct a 26' x 30' accessory structure on the property <br />I that ~ b~)ipproximately 152 feet from the from property line. <br /> 8. That a iach,of sufficient space and the location of the on-site septic system prohibit siting <br />I the nea~i acl[ess°ry structure in the side Yards' <br /> <br /> 9. That if.~ho 8C%ssory structure were to be constructed in the rear yard, it would encroach on <br /> the 2?fo0l_~ setback from the Mississippi River. <br /> I 10.
