Board Mem mer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> [ RESOLUTION #93-10-249 <br /> <br /> A RESOL~Ti~ON DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br /> ACEESSORI~ STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN <br /> THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON LOT 4, <br /> BOWERS MISSISSIPPI ACRES <br /> <br /> WHE tEAS, on October 21, 1993, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance <br />from Sectiofi 9.17.02 of the Ramsey City Code to permit Mr. Gary D. Miller to construct an <br />accessory st~ tctWe nearer the front .pr°perty line than the principal structure on the property <br />generally kn0' vn as 14810 Bowers Drive N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 5 owers Mississippi Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> NOW[ i:HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTML~.T OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTa, :as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based ~n Findings of Fact g0348, a variance to construct a 26' x 30' accessory structure <br /> nearei' ~he,front property line than the principal structure on the subject property is hereby <br /> grant~!. <br /> <br />2. The ag~es~ry structure constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br /> than O~e hllndred fifty (150) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. The ac~es~ structure shall be constructed of materials similar in appearance to that of the <br /> prin 'cip~! s~rueture on the property. <br /> <br />4. No oilier structures or additions shah be constructed in the reduced front yard setback <br /> unless ~e lt~roperty owner applies for and is granted a variance for same. <br /> <br />5. This v~mice also applies to the existing accessory structure on the subject property. <br /> <br />6.
