Coun¢ilmem~ P~erson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ! ~ RESOLUTION #93 10 254 RESOLUTI(~N ~PPROVING ABATEMENT OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO PIN 26-32-25-42~]03~i CERTIFIED IN 1992 FOR THE CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NUMBER 9!-1~' AND 91-14, CITY FUND #320, COUNTY FUND #82027. ~.A~:_, .the City's Improvement Project Numbers 91-13 and 91-14 is identified as Sanitary Sewer, Wa~r, Storm Sewer, Park and Street Improvements for Chestnut Hills, Cedar Hills, Winde.me..m...W. ~od~.. and Chestnut Ponds Additions and Trunk Lines for Wood Pond Hills and Sunny Ponds AdZ~0~; WHE~EA~, an amount of $211,210.15 was keyed as the original assessment; and WHE ~I~EA~, the correct amount of the original assessment is $175,101.15; and WHI~EAS, to correct the County roll it is necessary that the City of Ramsey approve abatement. NOW T~E~,~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF TtIE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That th~Cit~ Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special assessments for Impro~t~mept Project Number 91-13 and 91-14, City Fund #320, County Fund # 82027, for parcel ~. ~26-32-25-42-0037. 2) That ~ciw of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as required by An0ka C_o~ unty Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owner involved of the Coun61~s action.
