Couneilmemb X ~terson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: i '! RESOLUTION ~t93.10.259 <br />RESOLUTi~)Ni~AUTHORIZING PURCHASE BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY OF <br />LOT 3, BU!~C!~ 5, BEAUDRY'S SECOND ADDITION <br /> WILE! lEAS, the City of Ramsey has adopted a comprehensive plan for the long term <br />planning of thl. City; and <br /> WHilg~t~EJ~S, the City has reviewed it's comprehensive plan with relation to the proposed <br />purchase of L~t 3~ Block 5, Beaudry's Sex:ond Addition; and <br /> WHerEAS, in compliance with Minnesota §462.356 Subd. 2, the City Council must <br />adopt a resolu~on~with regard to the effect of the proposed purchase on the comprehensive plan. <br />NOW THg~Ei~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMS~ [~?, ~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That t~e City of Ramsey finds that the proposed purchase does not affect the City's <br /> Conipl~.. h~sive Plan. <br /> <br />2) That;~e Oty Administrator and Mayor are hereby authorized to purchase Lot' 3, Block 5, <br /> Bea~'~Se¢ond Addition, from Anoka County for $8,807.55. <br />The motiont;0r file adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and ~.l~On vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Cou~ / n~: mber Peterson <br /> Coun ,0ilm~ bet Hardin <br /> <br /> Coua~n~ ~ Zimmerman <br />and the foll0 .~ingvoted against the same: <br /> No:! : <br />and the foil° ~v~ing were absent: <br /> Nonei <br /> <br />whereuPOnlSI~dNOne ~solufion was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey C_~ay Council this <br />the 26th day )f 0ctober, 1993. /~ y~ ~/~.~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
