RESOLUTION #93-11-264 RESOLUTION '~PPROVlNG ABATEMENT OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO PIN PROJECT ~U ,I~iBER 91 01, CITY FUND #435, COUNTY FUND #82081. WH~E,~S, the City's Improvement Project ~)1-01 is identified as Extension of Sanitary Sewer and Wa~er from R35-32-25-31-0009 to the Eastern City Boundary; and WI~.I~E/~,, the certified and levied amounts became payable in 1993, extending to the year 2002; and w~~, ~ ~i~ ~d ~i~d amounts ~yabl~ in 1~ ~d 1~4 ~ d~d; ~d WHEI~E~S, the first of the installments become payable on or before May 15, 1995, extending to ~ ye~tr 2004; and wHErEA~q, the interest deferred in 1993 and 1994 become payable in the year 2004; and _WI-IEREA~, the 79 days add on interest from the date of certification be payable in the year 2004; and WH~As, no interest is being charged on the deferred interest; and WHEI~EAs, the remaining amount of the assessment can be prepaid in full at any time; and w~~., ~ ~,o~f~oun~ w~ ~lud~ ~ ~r~ ~oun~~. ~ow ~at~o~, ~. ~ ~so~,w~ ~ ~ ci~ cov~¢i~ o~ ~.~ ci~ OF RAMSES, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That tl~ ~ity Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves abatement of special asses ~s~ent~ for Improvement Project Number 91-01 City Fund #435, County Fund # 82081, for par~l 3~-32-25-31-0009. 2) That th~ ci~ of Ramsey hereby instructs the Finance Officer to process all paperwork as requite! bY Anoka County Auditor's Office in this regard and to notify the property owner involv~l o~the Councirs action.
