Councilmemb~r Paterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ~i i RESOLUTION #93-11-265 RESOLUT!ON~ APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO ANNANDALE CONTRACT~ NO, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #93-10 WHE~EA/S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on June 8, 1993; and tArl'i~~, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid to Annandale qon ~tracting, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project ~)3-10; and WHi~. AlS, the City Engineer recommended partial payment to Annandale Contracting, Inc. in the am ~o~nt Of $33,830.05. . NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY oF RAMSAY,,', NOI A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as roaows: 1) That th~ Ci~ Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Annandale Contracting, Inc. for the con!tru{Rion of Improvement Project ~)3-10 in the amount of $33,830.05. 2) That th~ City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form f~ this partial payment. 3) That ~r to ~t~l amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills ,for ~e month of November 1993. 4) That th! City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
