I <br />I1 <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I1 <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> <br /> Councilmem~ Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION g93-11-273 <br /> <br />RESOLUTI)N REMOVING PIN 17-32-25-13-0009, PIN 17-32-25-13-0010, PIN <br />17-32-25-13.1t.l}0!1 AND PIN 17-32-25-13-0012 FROM ROLE TO BE CERTIFIED <br />TO ANOI{i ~ COUNTY FOR ASSESSMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH CITY <br />IMPROVEh lENT PROJECT g93-03 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Improvement Project g93-03 is identified as sealcoating and crack <br /> Addition; and <br /> Oakridge Estates <br />filling improvement to <br />WHEREAS, PIN 17-32-25-13-0009, PIN 17-32-25-13-0010, PIN 17-32-25-13-0011 <br />and PIN 17-31~-25-13-0012 where identified on the preliminary assessment role for said project; <br />and ~ ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Improvement Project #93-03 was subsequently modified r~moving <br />sealcoat and ~acl~ filling improvements from the streets having frontage on the above PIN s; and <br /> WHEREAS, an assessment hearing was held on October 12, 1993, declaring benefit to <br />the above Pl/~,s al~ough in fact no benefit had been received; and <br /> <br /> WHE~tEAS, no objection to the assessment of the said PIN's was presented at the <br />assessment he~u'ing and assessment resolution subsequently passed including said PIN's and <br /> WHEREAS, the City was informed by the property owner of said PIN's of the lack of <br />benefit subsec~uent to the passage of the assessment resolution. <br />NOW THgI~EF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY <br />OF RAMSAY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows. <br /> <br />1) That tile C~ty Council of the City of Ramsey hereby directs the Finance Officer to withhold <br /> the ceffifi~ation of the assessments for said PIN's to the County. <br /> <br />2) That .tOe Oty Council directs the Finance Officer to modify the financial records from <br /> Improgenient Project #93-03 by including $850.96 from the City's share of the project <br /> cost.' <br /> <br />The motion fc~r the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Gilbertson <br />and upon vote!berg taken thereon, the following voted m favor thereof: <br /> Mayo~Gilbertson <br /> Counc~m~nber Hardin <br /> Counc~!m~n' lm 'ber Beyer. <br /> Counc~ornber Zimmerman <br />and the following Voted against the same: ' <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
